Billing questions

How does annual billing work?

You pay twelve months up front at 20% off the monthly price. The monthly article quota is the same; only the invoice changes.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month, or annual at 20% off. When you cancel, your account stays usable until the end of the billing cycle, then drops to the Free plan (or to your lifetime license if you have one). Unused article packs stay in your account, as do your articles, keywords and brand profiles.

Do article packs expire?

No. A pack is a one-off purchase and the articles stay in your account until you use them. They are consumed only after the monthly quota is exhausted.

Does an unused monthly quota roll over?

No. The monthly quota resets on your billing date. If you regularly need more, a bigger plan is cheaper per article than a pack; if the need is occasional, a pack is.

If you need more than 500 articles a month or contractual terms, write to business@quibo.cc.
