Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Quibo. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Quibo runs a multi-agent pipeline that researches, drafts, humanizes, and publishes blog content on the websites you connect. We provide the engine; you provide the input (keywords, brand voice configuration) and the editorial oversight.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (GDPR Art. 8) and able to enter into a binding contract. If you sign up on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must notify us at security@quibo.cc of any suspected unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for content you publish through the Service. You retain ownership.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or that targets a real person without consent.
  • Connect sites you do not own or have explicit authorization to publish on.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Use the Service to generate misinformation, deepfakes, or content designed to deceive readers about its AI origin.

5. AI transparency and your obligations as publisher

Articles produced by the Service are generated by AI and are intended to be reviewed and approved by you before publication. Every article carries machine-readable marking of its AI origin (a contentRatingof "AI-generated, human-reviewed" in the structured data, plus a provenance record in your account) and an optional reader-facing disclosure that is enabled by default. You agree not to remove the machine-readable marking.

You are the deployer and publisher of the content. Any transparency, labelling or disclosure obligation that applies to content you publish, including those under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act) and national consumer and advertising law, remains your responsibility. Quibo provides the marking, the approval log and the disclosure tools; it does not make legal determinations on your behalf, and nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice or a guarantee of compliance.

6. Quotas and fair use

Each plan has a monthly article and keyword quota. Monthly article quotas do not roll over. Generating beyond the quota requires an upgrade or an article pack. Lifetime licenses purchased through AppSumo are subject to a daily fair-use ceiling of one month's quota per organization and per site, and their bonus articles expire twelve months after activation. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the infrastructure (excessive concurrency, repeated regenerations, automated content farming, etc.).

7. Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Refunds are at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the Service while your account is active. You own the input data and the articles you publish. We retain ownership of the Service itself, the pipeline, and our prompts.

9. Termination

You can terminate any time from /app/settings/privacy. We may terminate or suspend the account on material breach of these Terms, with notice when feasible. Upon termination, content is retained for 30 days then deleted.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL RANK ON ANY SEARCH ENGINE, NOR THAT IT WILL BE FREE OF AI DETECTION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING OUTPUT BEFORE PUBLISHING.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We will notify you 30 days before material changes take effect.
