Monthly generation

Once a month, you pick the keywords you want to turn into articles. Quibo does the work in the background and emails the organization owner when the month is ready. You review from the Articles board and schedule from the article page or the Calendar.

The flow

1. Discover keywords on the Keywords page. The most attractive ones surface first.
2. Accept the keywords you want this month: tick them and click Accept. The banner above the table shows how many articles you have left and how many keywords you have accepted.
3. Plan this month. The dialog lets you set how many articles to generate per site; Quibo takes the highest-opportunity accepted keywords for each site up to that count. A plan needs at least 5 articles (or everything you have left, if fewer). Click Generate N articles. Owners and admins can plan. The articles are charged to your balance at this point; a failed article can be retried but is not refunded.
4. Watch the Articles board. Each article appears in Generating and moves to Ready when its draft is done. A full month is typically ready within about 90 minutes; the owner gets an email when the batch completes.
5. Review any Ready article: edit the body, meta and FAQ. Title, FAQ, meta, and cover image are pre-filled. Articles that fail land in Failed with Retry generation, which resumes from the stage that stopped.
6. Schedule from the article page (Schedule publish), by dragging on the calendar, or with Batch approve on plans that include it. See Scheduling.
7. Publish runs automatically at the scheduled time.

Scheduling and publishing

Quibo checks every 5 minutes for articles due to publish and pushes them to your CMS. Each article publishes once; even if something retries, you won't get duplicates.

If your CMS rejects an article, whether scheduled or published by hand (for example a rotated WordPress password or a missing Sanity field), the article goes back to Ready with the reason shown on its detail page, so you can fix the cause and publish or schedule it again.

One delivery speed

Every plan runs the same synchronous pipeline: SERP research, intent, outline, evidence research, drafting, humanize, critique, revise, internal linking, SEO assets, cover image, save. A full month of drafts is ready to review within about 90 minutes of planning it.

Batch history and old drafts

The Batches page keeps every batch with its counts, dates and stage. The articles themselves follow the retention rules: a draft that is never scheduled or published is deleted 14 days after generation, while published articles stay (their body is cleared after 30 days, the CMS holds the live copy). So an old batch may show "24 generated" and only its published articles under View articles; the page says how many drafts were removed. Every approval stays in the approval log.

What happens to keywords you don't pick

• Keywords you generate from are marked used and won't reappear in discovery. At the start of the next month they move to Archived and leave the default view; show them to accept any of them again for a new article.
• Accepted keywords the plan did not reach stay accepted and remain in the pool for the next plan.
• Keywords you didn't accept stay discovered with their scores and sort alongside next month's new ones.
• Manually added keywords behave the same way.

This keeps your monthly content plan clean: no infinite re-rolls of the same suggestions.
