Monthly generation

Once a month, you pick the keywords you want to turn into articles. Quibo does the work in the background and notifies you when the month is ready. You review and schedule from the Calendar.

The flow

1. Discover keywords on the Keywords page. The most attractive ones surface first.
2. Select the keywords you want this month. The footer shows how many articles you have left on your plan.
3. Hit Generate. Quibo creates one article per keyword in Queued and starts working.
4. Watch the Articles board. Status flows Queued → Generating → Ready. A full month is typically ready in 30–90 minutes.
5. Review any Ready article — edit, regenerate, or delete it. Title, FAQ, meta, and cover image are pre-filled.
6. Schedule with the calendar. Drag onto a date or click Auto-distribute.
7. Publish runs automatically at the scheduled time.

Scheduling and publishing

Quibo checks every 15 minutes for articles due to publish and pushes them to your CMS. Each article publishes once — even if something retries, you won't get duplicates.

If your CMS rejects an article (e.g. rotated WordPress password, missing Sanity field), the article moves to Failed with the reason shown on its detail page.

Real-time generation

Need an article right now? Pro and Business plans can run a single article in real time — typically 3–5 minutes — for a small premium per article.

What happens to keywords you don't pick

• Keywords you generate from are marked used and won't reappear in discovery.
• Keywords you didn't pick stay discovered and show up next month alongside new ones, re-ranked.
• Manually added keywords behave the same way.

This keeps your monthly content plan clean — no infinite re-rolls of the same suggestions.
