Two ways to schedule

1. Per-article — open the article and pick a date+time in the Schedule publish sidebar. Status flips to Scheduled.

2. Calendar drag-drop — open Calendar. Articles already scheduled appear as colored events. Drag to reschedule. Click an event to jump to its editor.

3. Auto-distribute — useful when you want every article in a batch on a regular cadence:

• Set start hour (0-23). Default 09:00.
• Set days between posts. Default 1 (one a day).
• Click Schedule. We assign every Ready article a slot starting tomorrow.

Behind the scenes

Quibo checks every 15 minutes for articles due to publish and pushes them to your CMS. Each article publishes exactly once. If your CMS rejects an article (e.g. rotated password, missing field), it moves to Failed with the reason on its detail page.

Time zones

All times are stored in UTC. The UI shows your local time zone. Drag-and-drop in the calendar uses your browser's time zone for the new value, then converts to UTC for storage.

What if I'm in vacation mode

Schedule the entire batch at once with auto-distribute. Walk away. Come back to a fully published month.
