getting started
Quickstart
From zero to a published article in five minutes.
You're going to do five things, in order. Total time: about five minutes once your CMS is open in another tab.
1. Create your account
Go to /signup and create an account with email + password, or "Continue with Google". An organization is created for you automatically — you're the owner.
Already signed up? Skip to step 2.
2. Connect a site
Open Sites → New site. Pick WordPress, Sanity, or Framer and follow the per-CMS steps:
- Connect WordPress — 30 seconds, three clicks.
- Connect Sanity — paste a project ID, dataset, and write-token.
- Connect Framer — paste your CMS Sync URL.
After you connect, Quibo crawls about 15 pages of your site to learn your brand voice. This takes 30-60 seconds. You'll see the status change from "Analyzing brand…" to "Ready" on the site card.
3. Discover keywords
Go to Keywords and click + Discover keywords. Enter a seed (e.g. content marketing) and pick the site. Within a minute you'll see candidates ranked by opportunity — high traffic, low competition wins.
You can also click + Add manual any time to add a keyword by hand. Manual additions do not count against your monthly discovery quota.
4. Generate this month's batch
In the keywords table, tick the keywords you want articles for. The footer shows X selected · Y articles remaining — stay within the quota. Hit Generate.
Quibo researches, writes, and optimises each article in the background. A full month is typically ready in 30–90 minutes.
5. Schedule and ship
Open Articles. Articles in Ready can be edited, scheduled, or published. Use the Calendar view to drag articles onto specific days, or click Auto-distribute to spread them on a fixed cadence.
Once an article is Scheduled, Quibo publishes it to your CMS at the scheduled time. Status changes to Published with a link to the live page.
Used keywords are marked used and never appear in discovery again. Keywords you didn't pick stay in your library for next month.
