Upgrade or downgrade

Change plans without losing data.

Upgrade

  1. Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade to on the card you want.
  3. Stripe checkout opens. Complete payment.
  4. You're redirected back. Quotas have already been applied via the webhook.

Downgrade

  1. Settings → Billing → Manage billing in Stripe.
  2. In the Stripe portal, change the plan or cancel.
  3. The change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Until then, you keep your higher quotas.
  4. After the cycle ends, the webhook applies the new (lower) plan.

Mid-cycle upgrade behavior

When you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe pro-rates the difference and we reset usage counters. You get the new quota in full, immediately.

Mid-cycle downgrade behavior

We don't drop you to the lower quota in the middle of a cycle. You keep your current quota until cycle end, then the new (lower) quota applies.

What happens to your data

Nothing changes — articles, keywords, sites stay. Only the quotas change. If your new plan has fewer sites than you currently have connected, no site is removed; you just can't add more until you delete some or upgrade.
