Add manual keywords

When you already know what you want to write about.

The auto-discovery flow is great for finding keywords you haven't thought of. But sometimes you already have the list — from a strategy doc, a brief, or your own SEO tool.

How

Open Keywords, click + Add manual. Pick the site and type the keyword. Hit Add. It lands in the table.

What's different

  • No volume or difficulty score by default — we didn't research it for you, you brought it in.
  • Doesn't count against your monthly auto-discovery quota.
  • Selectable for batches like any other keyword — tick it and hit Generate.

Tip: enrich later

If you want metrics on a manual keyword, run discovery with that exact phrase as the seed. We'll re-find it (and similar candidates) and the existing row stays linked.

Bulk import

A CSV importer ships in a future release. For now, paste keywords one at a time.
