Monthly keyword cycle

The keyword library has four states. Understanding them keeps your library clean.

Why "used" is sticky

Two reasons:

1. You don't want to write the same article twice (Google will deduplicate or penalize).
2. Discovery is a precious budget — re-suggesting yesterday's queries wastes it.

If you genuinely want to retry a keyword (different angle, or the original article failed), open the keyword detail and click Re-enable for batch. We'll set it back to discovered and you can re-include it.

Monthly billing cycle

• Auto-discovery quota resets on your billing cycle anniversary.
• Article quota resets on the same day.
• The keyword library itself doesn't reset — keywords persist forever (unless deleted).

You can run discovery as many times as you want until the monthly cap. Each run produces fresh rows; deduplication keeps duplicates out.
