How to export your data

You can request a full export of every record we hold for your organization at any time. We generate the file in the background and email you a download link.

What's included

A single JSON file containing every record tied to your organization:

• organization — your org row (plan, quotas, usage)
• users — every team member (excluding password hashes)
• sites — connected sites with redacted credentials
• brand_profiles — every site's brand profile
• keywords — every keyword in your library
• articles — every article: body, meta, FAQ, JSON-LD, status, history
• agent_runs — the per-step execution log with token counts and costs
• audit_log — every login, write, and deletion event

How to trigger it

Open Settings → Privacy & data → Download my data.

The job runs in the background and typically completes in 5–15 minutes for a typical organization (longer for orgs with thousands of articles). You'll receive an email at the address tied to your Quibo account with a one-click Download my data button.

If you don't see the email after 30 minutes, check your spam folder. You can also re-open Settings → Privacy & data — every export shows up in the list with its status (Pending → Running → Ready) and a manual download link.

Format

JSON only, UTF-8, schema-stable. You can re-import this into another instance of Quibo or any tool you build yourself.

Limits

• One export per 24 hours per organization (we throttle to keep costs predictable).
• The download link in the email expires after 24 hours from generation.
• Storage retention: completed exports are deleted from our backend after 30 days. Trigger a fresh export any time after that to get a new file.

What if the email doesn't arrive?

The export is always saved to our backend, even if the email send fails (rare — typically a temporary deliverability issue). Open Settings → Privacy & data and click the inline download link next to the export request — same file, same 24-hour validity.
