How to export your data

You can request a full export of every record we hold for your organization at any time. We generate the file in the background and email you a download link.

What's included

A single JSON file containing every record tied to your organization:

• organization: your org row (plan, quotas, usage)
• users: every team member (id, email, name, role, locale, marketing opt-in, timestamps)
• sites: connected sites (name, type, URL, language, author, status, brand profile, crawl and sync timestamps). Credentials are replaced with a placeholder; they never leave the server.
• keywords: every keyword in your library
• articles: every article still in your account: body, meta, FAQ, JSON-LD, provenance, status, approval stamp
• monthly_batches: the batches you planned
• agent_runs: the per-step execution log with token counts and costs
• audit_logs: your organization's audit entries (up to 10,000)
• generatedAt: when the file was built

Published and scheduled articles are kept, so the export lists every article you published through Quibo; for articles published more than 30 days ago the body, FAQ and structured data are no longer in Quibo (the CMS holds them), the rest of the row is. Drafts that were never published (ready, failed, abandoned) are deleted 14 days after generation and are not in the export.

How to trigger it

Open Settings, Privacy and click Download my data.

The job runs in the background and the export is usually ready within a few minutes. When it is, you'll receive an email at the address tied to your Quibo account with a one-click Download my data button.

The same settings page lists your recent export requests with their status (pending, running, ready, failed or expired) and the file size. A ready export also shows a Download link there, so you do not depend on the email.

Format

JSON only, UTF-8, pretty-printed. Field names match our database columns, so the file is straightforward to load into any tool you build yourself.

Limits

• One export per 24 hours per user.
• The download link in the email expires 24 hours after generation. Request a new export after the 24-hour window to get a fresh link.
• Export files are stored in our EU Supabase project and deleted 7 days after they are ready; the request then shows as expired. Request a new export whenever you need a fresh file.

What if the email doesn't arrive?

Check your spam folder first. The file is saved even when the email fails: open Settings, Privacy and use the Download link next to the ready request. If you still cannot get the file, email dpo@quibo.cc.
